📅 Booking & Expiration Details

• All packages must be used within 3 months of purchase.
• Sessions are booked in advance and scheduled to meet client needs.
• While Juliet's online calendar is limited to one day per week, additional times may be arranged directly.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations require 24 hours' notice.
• If the space cannot be filled, the session will be forfeited, and the booking fee is non-refundable.
• Juliet will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

For in-home or on-location sessions:

Sessions held within 10 miles of downtown Santa Barbara incur no additional travel fee.
For sessions beyond this radius, a travel surcharge will apply based on distance and accessibility. Please inquire for details when booking.
