Transformational Breathwork® and the Coherence Alchemy Framework
Where Breath, Body, and Field Intelligence Meet
Breathwork is having a moment.
From wellness spaces to clinical settings, conscious breathing is now recognized as a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and expanded awareness. But within this growing field, it’s important to understand that not all breathwork is created equal.
My foundation comes from years of training in Transformational Breathwork®, a refined and trademarked modality developed by Judith Kravitz. Rooted in the earlier work of Leonard Orr and Stanislav Grof, this system brings a level of precision to the respiratory process that I have found unmatched.
It is here that I learned not just how to guide breath—but how to read the body. Where the breath stops. Where it is held. Where life force is not fully moving.
Because most people are not breathing fully.
Over time, stress, trauma, and conditioning create subtle restrictions in the respiratory system. The diaphragm tightens. The chest collapses. The breath becomes shallow and fragmented. Transformational Breathwork® works directly with these patterns through conscious, connected breathing, gentle touch, and affirmational integration.
And when the breath begins to open, the system begins to reorganize.
The Brain Shift
As breathing deepens and becomes continuous, carbon dioxide levels in the body temporarily decrease. This shift influences blood flow in the brain and can soften activity in the prefrontal cortex—the part of the brain responsible for analysis and control.
As this “thinking mind” quiets, other layers of experience begin to emerge.
Sensations intensify. Emotions surface. Imagery arises.
Not because something new is being created—but because something is finally being allowed.
The Coherence Alchemy Framework
Through 35 years of practice, dozens of bodywork certifications and trainings and keen observation, I began to recognize that breathwork is not only working on the body—it is interacting with something more.
This led to what I now call the Coherence Alchemy Framework, which rests on three interconnected domains:
Body (Somatic Intelligence)
The body holds patterns—physical, emotional, and neurological. Through breath, we unwind restriction and restore natural flow.
Brain (State Shift & Access)
As breath changes, brain activity shifts. With reduced dominance of the prefrontal cortex, subconscious and somatic material becomes accessible.
Field (Non-Linear Awareness)
In these states, many people experience what feels like access beyond their personal timeline—ancestral themes, early imprints, and relational patterns emerging as embodied experience.
Rather than viewing this purely as memory, I understand it as interaction with what I call field intelligence—a deeper organizing system that holds information across time, body, and relationship.
Where Lineage Meets Innovation
My work is deeply rooted in the structure and precision of Transformational Breathwork®. That foundation is what makes this level of exploration safe, repeatable, and embodied.
At the same time, my path has become an ongoing inquiry into how breath interacts not only with the body—but with consciousness itself.
A Return to Coherence
Breathwork is often described as a tool.
But in my experience, it is a return.
A return to the body’s natural rhythm.
A return to the intelligence of the nervous system.
A return to the deeper field of awareness that holds what is ready to be seen, felt, and integrated.
Through the Coherence Alchemy Framework, breath becomes the bridge.
Not forcing.
Not fixing.
But allowing the system to come back into alignment with itself.
