About Juliet Wilkins

Juliet Wilkins is a Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator, body-based practitioner, interior designer, and field steward with more than three decades of experience in the healing arts. Her background includes massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, Reiki, esthetics, nervous-system-informed care, and embodied spiritual practice—woven together through years of hands-on work with individuals navigating stress, trauma, burnout, grief, transition, and awakening.

Her path into this work was not built solely through study, but through lived experience. Through periods of intensity, solitude, deep personal transformation, and profound listening, Juliet came to understand that true coherence cannot be forced or performed. It emerges through safety in the body, honest pacing, grounded presence, and respectful relationship with both self and others.

Over the past decade, Juliet’s personal exploration of expanded states of consciousness and entheogenic practices has further deepened her understanding of integration, embodiment, relational awareness, and the importance of safe, grounded support following profound experiences. These explorations have opened her heart and mind to the transformative potential that can emerge when altered states are approached with reverence, discernment, preparation, and ongoing integration into daily life.

Rather than focusing solely on peak experiences, Juliet’s work emphasizes what happens afterward: the slow, honest process of embodying insight within the nervous system, relationships, rhythms, choices, and environments of everyday life. She recognizes that profound experiences—whether through breathwork, contemplative practice, entheogenic journeys, or spiritual awakening—require meaningful integration in order to become sustainable and life-giving.

Over the years, she has developed a deeply intuitive yet practical approach that bridges breathwork, somatic awareness, hands-on bodywork, nervous-system regulation, sacred space creation, spatial attunement, and what she refers to as Field Stewardship—the conscious tending of the emotional, relational, energetic, and environmental dynamics that shape human experience.

Juliet also studied interior design and increasingly incorporates principles of sacred space creation into her work. She recognizes that the nervous system does not heal in abstraction—it responds continuously to the environments we live within. The bedroom, meditation space, or home itself can either reinforce overwhelm and fragmentation or become an active support for restoration, clarity, and coherence.

Through feng shui-informed design, gentle decluttering, environmental attunement, and nervous-system-sensitive spatial refinement, Juliet helps clients create spaces that feel breathable, restorative, and emotionally supportive. Whether cultivating a single meditation corner, transforming a bedroom into a sanctuary for deep rest, or bringing greater harmony to the entire home, her intention is to create environments that nourish embodiment, regulation, beauty, and sustained integration.

Her work is rooted in the understanding that healing is not simply about altered states or transcendent moments. Lasting transformation requires integration. It requires spaces, relationships, rhythms, and practices that allow the nervous system to reorganize around greater coherence rather than continued survival.

Juliet does not promote spiritual bypassing, emotional performance, or isolation disguised as healing. Instead, she guides people toward forms of coherence that can be fully lived—in the body, in the home, in relationship, in community, and in everyday life.

Clients often describe her presence as calming, grounded, perceptive, and deeply attuned. Her approach is both compassionate and discerning, offering support without dependency and guidance without hierarchy.

Her role is not to fix, rescue, or position herself above others.

Her role is to help people remember the intelligence already present within them—and to help create the conditions where that remembering becomes possible.becomes possible
